DESCRIPTION:この度人間文化研究機構基幹研究プロジェクト現代中東地域研究、国立民族学博物館拠点ならびに東京外国語大学アジア・アフリカ言語文化研究所拠点は共催で、在外ウイグル人の人類学的研究をなされているTomas Wilkoszewski氏をお招きし、国立民族学博物館にて研究講演会”Uyghurs in Turkey: migration and skills”を開催いたします。皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。 \n■日時 \n\n2019年1月31日（木）16:00～17:45\n\n■会場 \n\n国立民族学博物館2F　第6セミナー室(301)\n\n\n◆報告：”Uyghur Medical Practitioner in Turkey: Pluralistic Healing Modalities and Intersubjectivity”\n報告者: Tomas Wilkoszewski氏（マッコーリー大学／オーストラリア）\n\n\n報告要旨：Introducing their biographical and professional backgrounds as a starting point I will discuss attempts of Uyghur medical practitioners in Istanbul and Kayseri to enter the emerging market of alternative medicine in Turkey. Applying holistic medical practices that cover a broad scope from herbal expertise to the revitalization of a traditional\nUyghur medicine they are trying to attract a multi-ethnic clientele interested in alternative healing processes.
